Production Associate

Custom fiberglass equipment manufacture, looking to hire dependable, self-motivated associate, to work in our production facility.

Currently our production Team works 4 - 10 hour days, Monday - Thursday, 5:00 am. - 3:30 pm. Occasionally, there is a requirement to work a half day on Friday, to meet production requirements, that is paid at X 1/2

Previous Plant Production Experience Required, with added incentive for open mold fiberglass experience, or gel coat application experience.

After 90 day probation period, employee is eligible for medical and dental benefits, vacation and personal days, and paid holidays. There is also a productivity bonus available.

Must Pass Drug Test and Background Check

Typical start time:

• 5AM

Typical end time:

• 4PM

Pay Frequency:

• Bi weekly or Twice monthly

Schedule:

• No weekends
• 10 hour shift

Additional Compensation:

• Bonuses
